1. Purpose

Get Formali is a form submission endpoint and dashboard. This policy exists to protect the service and other users. If you violate it, we may suspend or terminate your account.

2. Prohibited uses

• Spam, phishing, or any deceptive content.
• Malware distribution or attempts to compromise systems.
• Illegal content or activities.
• High-volume abuse (automated flooding, scraping, brute force attempts).
• Using Get Formali to collect sensitive data without appropriate safeguards (e.g., passwords, payment card data, medical data) unless explicitly permitted by Get Formali.

3. Fair use for high-volume plans

High-volume plans are subject to fair use and abuse prevention. We may enforce technical limits to keep the platform reliable (rate-limits, temporary blocks, request validation).
