Get Formali is a digital service available at getformali.com.
Optional (do not fill unless applicable): if you have a French company registration number (SIRET) and/or EU VAT number, you may add them here. Do not display them as real values unless you are registered.
Plan details and prices are shown on the Subscription page before payment.
You order a subscription online from your Get Formali account. The contract is formed when payment is validated through Stripe and an order confirmation is displayed.
Prices are displayed before payment on the Subscription page and/or in the Stripe interface. Amounts are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Taxes may apply depending on your country and tax rules. The final payment summary shown at checkout prevails.
Payments are processed by Stripe (payment service provider). Get Formali does not store your card details. Invoices/receipts and certain billing actions may be available through Stripe.
If a free trial is offered, its duration is shown before payment (on the Subscription page and/or in the Stripe interface). At the end of the trial, the subscription becomes paid and auto-renews unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account (Subscription page), or by contacting support.
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining time in the current period.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. Until payment is resolved, access to paid features may be suspended, the subscription may be canceled, and/or your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
No refunds by default. All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or cancellations (including mid-cycle cancellations).
Nothing in these Sales Terms limits mandatory professional rights that may apply under applicable law.
